1. What type of homes are being built?
High quality Craftsman Style homes with the highest demand floor plans.
2. How much money do I need out of pocket?
You simply need a good credit rating of 720 or higher and $7500 upfront as a deposit to reserve your Build and Profit package.
3. Do I have to make any payments during the construction period?
No, the interest payments will be made by the builder during the construction time.
4. What type of Loan is used?
A simple mortgage loan is all you need. You can finance your closing costs and in many cases you will not have to make an additional downpayment.
5. How many homes am I able to build?
This depends on the community and number of lots available. Most of our communities our extremely exclusive and investment opportunities are limited.
6. How do I sell my home upon completion?
We have compiled a list of qualified Realtors who will list and sell your home for you. The average marketing time for the areas we build in is about 4 months (per local agents).
7. Where’s the catch?
The only catch is that there are only a very limited number of investment opportunities available. For example, in the last neighborhood we limited the investment opportunities to only 5! You must be qualified and ready. |
